Refund Eligibility: New customers can request a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. The purchase date is when you pay the setup fee for CowDesigns to build your website.
Questionnaire Completion: You must complete a business questionnaire for us to create your website. You can request a refund within the 30-day period, regardless of questionnaire completion or website receipt.
Post-Refund Period: After 30 days, no refunds are available, even if the questionnaire is incomplete or the website is not received. All sales are final after this period.
Delayed Delivery: If CowDesigns delays website delivery beyond 7 days after questionnaire completion, the refund period extends by the delay duration.
Service Purchases: Refunds will include the full amount paid minus the cost of any custom domain name if selected. If no domain is chosen, the subscription is fully refunded.
